The following were discussed at the meeting:

  • Analysis of Working Packages, briefly stated:
    • The use of insect traps and identification of contamination centers in the central warehouse of the Masouti company
    • The installation and operation of an environmental conditions recording system, as well as the creation of a label with the exact information on the conditions prevailing at all the different stages within the warehouse
    • Presentation of an early form of the questionnaire which examines consumers’ sense of security regarding the conditions prevailing in the food storage area
  • Early results of using the traps after laboratory testing were presented
  • The problems that have arisen were mentioned
  • Procedural issues for the smooth operation of the program were discussed
